Bourse fee includes a 10 x 10 booth, electric hookup, four chairs, one 8 foot table and one 8 foot back up table.  You may make full use of the 10 foot frontage, except for the space you need to enter and exit.  Internet and phone service is available at an additional charge.

By signing this agreement I understand  and acknowledge that any security personnel at the show will try to maintain order and prevent criminal acts that are visible to him/her. There can be no assurance that the security personnel can stop crime. I agree that I, the dealer, am solely responsible for  any theft, damage or disappearance of my merchandise. I further agree that I will insure my merchandise and guarantee to hold harmless DEI, it officers, agents and representatives from any claim whatsoever resulting from my participation in this show.  These claims may result from theft of my merchandise, injury to my person, assistants, helpers and or employees, as well as disgruntled customers or fraudulent actions by others.  I understand that there are no conditions under which DEI, it officers, agents and or employees shall be liable for any payments or monies to me or my agents  for any reason related to my attending this show. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from the show, loss of my merchandise, injury to my person, and damage to any of my property and fraudulent actions by others.  No refunds on fees will be given unless written cancellation is received in our office a least 46 days prior to the first day of the show.

I also agree to strictly adhere to all terms and conditions governing the show whether created by DEI or the Ontario Convention Center and the City of Ontario, CA.  

The City of Ontario has strict rules regarding the distribution of flyers and advertisements in the city.  If you violate the rules, you will be fined by the City and/ or the Convention Center.  Of, course, you may distribute information or pass out flyers to other dealers within the show confines.  

I agree to conduct business according the laws of the state of California. I understand that DEI is a Nevada Corporation and this agreement is deemed to have been signed and approved or rejected within the state of Nevada.   If the show shall be cancelled for any reason, there are no circumstances under which DEI will be liable for any more than the total bourse fees paid to DEI.  Booth location is on a first come, first serve basis and at the sole discretion of DEI and its officers or agents.
